We have learned that a heavy police presence at a Kentucky Walmart is due to an officer-involved shooting.
At first we were told that the Berea Police Department was responding to a scene at the Berea Walmart off Exit 76.
According to the Berea Police Department, officers were called to the Walmart for reports of a stolen car.
When they tried to contact the driver of the car, he put it in reverse and hit an officer, pinning him between two cars.
Police say the officer fired a shot into the car to try to stop it. One officer and two others were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
