Madison County Man Arrested After Two Young Children Test Positive for Meth

 A Madison County man is facing charges after police say two young children were exposed to drugs.

Justin Winkler is charged with child abuse and wanton endangerment

According to his arrest citation, the one and two-year-old children were removed from the home in late February.

Police say the children tested positive for drugs, including meth, in their systems.
