*MISSING PERSONS REPORT* Jackson County Sheriff's Office Seeking Public Assistance * PLEASE SHARE*

Jackson County Sheriff Daniel Isaacs is requesting assistance from the public in regards to an active missing persons investigation. 

Richard James Helton was last seen in the Angelic Acres area of northern Jackson County on 07/31/2025 around 11pm, and has not been heard from or seen since. 

Helton is described as being 15 years old, and was last seen wearing a black Columbia shirt, a flat bill hat, blue jeans, wearing boots OR tennis shoes, and carrying a backpack with a water pouch and straw. Helton has a possible direction of travel of Clay City.
